Mark Kilby Lincoln CBT offers a highly trained, experienced and professional CBT service in Lincoln and surrounding areas.Helping people work through a range of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stress, PTSD, OCD, sleep problems and chronic pain.The services I provide are flexibly tailored to your individual needs using treatment approaches which have been thoroughly researched including those approved by the  National Institute for Health and Care Excellence .

For Businesses and Organisations

I offer the following services to businesses and organisations

  • Assessment and treatment services – for people experiencing anxiety, depression, work-related stress and trauma;
  • Coaching – for those having difficulties with decision making, procrastination, problem solving, under performing;
  • Bespoke training events – covering topics such as developing willpower using CBT; using an understanding of control to improve leadership and overcome resistance; mindfulness in the workplace;
  • role supervision – this is an offer to those staff who are regularly exposed to difficult issues e.g. legal staff who listen to clients recounting traumatic events. These would normally be single sessions that would occur once every 3-12 months and are designed to support staff and detect whether further input would be helpful.

It is my belief that the above are a series of activities that could have a marked effect on issues such as staff sickness and resistance to change.

  •  Bupa
  • Aviva
  • Pruhealth
  • Cigna

For solicitors and insurers seeking assessment and treatment services

As an indication of my commitment to providing an excellent service I have undertaken the widely recognised Bond Solon expert witness training “Excellence in report writing” and “Courtroom Skills Training”.
